Paul Ayton CEO

Paul joined MBIB in May 2023 following an extensive career including a number of General Manager and Managing Director roles in both insurance broking and underwriting.  In the lead up to joining MBIB, Paul was working as a business consultant, assisting insurance businesses with strategy development, business planning, leadership and culture.  Paul has also been heavily involved in a number of education and sporting committees and councils within his local community. 

Paul brings to MBIB his experience in coaching and leading teams through periods of change and growth, and a passion for transforming businesses and achieving ambitious company goals. He is Tier 1 Broking qualified and holds a Degree in Banking and Finance as well as a Diploma in Marketing.   Paul has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) training course.
