Sophie joined MBIB in September 2024 as a Job Specific Processing Officer.

With over five years of administrative experience and having recently relocated from Sydney to Melbourne, Sophie is a motivated and results-driven policy research professional with a Bachelor's degree in Social Research and Policy and a major in Development Studies.

She has experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement and is skilled in synthesizing complex data.

In her free time, Sophie is passionate about promoting social justice and advocating for marginalized communities.
