Joe Keiper Southern Region Manager

Joe joined MBIB in September 2014 as State Manager Victoria. In late 2017, Joe was promoted to the role of Southern Region Manager, overseeing operations in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Joe has had a distinguished career in Sales, Underwriting, and Operations management at several larger insurers including QBE, Chubb and Allianz, including holding national roles. Joe has been an insurance professional since 1995, working in direct and intermediate businesses with experience spanning from personal insurance through to commercial and corporate sectors, across all classes of insurance. Joe has an excellent track record in strategic planning, relationship management, people development, and sales.

Joe’s strong focus on exceeding client expectations and developing our people ensures MBIB continues to outperform and deliver the highest level of service to our clients.

Passionate about sports and spending time with his family, Joe enjoys playing basketball with his 3 children, and is a tragic baseball fan, with high hopes of watching the New York Mets win another World Series sometime soon.
