Nicole Brown Job Specific Processing Team Leader

Nicole joined MBIB in May 2022 as an Account Executive in the NSW Home Warranty team and is currently Acting as Home Warranty Team Leader in NSW.

Nicole has had a wide ranging career in administration and operations management, spanning almost 20 years in the legal and retirement living industries. Most recently, she worked within the insurance building sector, providing service excellence to some of the largest home and content insurers in the Australian market.  Nicole holds a Diploma of Business Administration, a Diploma in Social Media Marketing, a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety and is currently completing her Tier 2 insurance studies.

In her role within MBIB’s Eligibility team, Nicole assists builders and associated trades to achieve and maintain Home Owner Warranty eligibility from the underwriters of the Home Building Compensation Fund in NSW.

When not in the office, Nicole enjoys spoiling her nephews, indulging in reality tv and researching her family history.
