Sonia has been with MBIB since 2010, after completing a broad range of customer service roles within the travel and construction industries.

Throughout her time with MBIB, Sonia has undertaken a range of roles displaying outstanding administration and leadership skills. As a result, she was appointed the National Home Warranty Operations Manager, heading up the National Home Warranty Administration Team in 2015.

Sonia is a specialist in all facets of the Home Warranty job application process, providing advice to some of our largest residential clients. Her diverse background in business processes & scheme design allows her to deliver process efficiencies and creative solutions for our clients.

She enjoys working closely with key clients to understand their unique business needs and dedicates herself to contributing to the ongoing success of their businesses.
