Richard Grounds National Technical Services Manager

Richard joined MBIB in September 2012 as the National Technical Services Manager.

He is an insurance professional with over 30 years of general insurance expertise and is qualified in engineering (Production) and business (Insurance and Accounting). Richard is a Fellow of ANZIIF. 



Richard has specialised in the more technical classes of insurance being Construction, Electronic, Energy, Engineering and Builders Warranty. Through his technical insurance experience, Richard’s knowledge is valuable in helping MBIB obtain the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Richard is a history nut, and ‘urban farmer’ hoping that his stud lowline Angus cows will produce beautiful rib eye marbled steak.
